Welcome to the website of Our Lady of Lourdes Congregation!
We are a growing, caring community of disciples striving to live out the Gospel as we work to create God’s kin-dom.
We are a unique parish. Canon Law 517.2 allows for people other than priests to lead parishes. Because of this, I as a lay woman, am the shepherd of our parish, and we are blessed with no fewer than 10 priests (!!!) who lead us in prayer and celebrate the sacraments with us.
These are wonderful, busy days at the parish. Our Thanksgiving liturgy takes place at 9:00 am on Thanksgiving Day. As a way of celebrating, in a special way, our connection with one another as a parish family, attendees of the Thanksgiving Mass are invited to participate in a bread exchange. You may bring a loaf of your favorite bread (homemade or bakery) with your name and phone/email to share with another family and receive a loaf to take home.
The sacred season of Advent begins with the weekend of November 30/December 1. We again are offering an online retreat to assist you in your Advent prayer. This retreat is crafted to take just a few minutes every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday of Advent. It can be found on the Advent Prayer page of our website. You can also find our Advent Kindness calendar under that tab with fun, sweet, caring suggestions to spread some cheer this Advent.
Our communal reconciliation service takes place on Wednesday, December 11, with services at 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Please join us for our weekend liturgies every Saturday at 4:00 pm and Sundays at 8:00 am and 10:30 am. We also have Mass or a Communion Service every Wednesday at 9:30 am. The Saturday liturgies are livestreamed on our YouTube channel. You can find Wednesday Table Reflections there as well. And please know that everyone is always welcome here at Our Lady of Lourdes.
